My righteous Judge, my gracious God,
Hear when I spread my hands abroad,
And cry for succor from thy throne;
O make thy truth and mercy known!

My righteous Judge, my gracious God,
Hear when I spread my hands abroad,
And cry for succor from thy throne;
O make thy truth and mercy known!
I cry out to the Lord with my voice;
With my voice to the Lord I make my supplication.
Lift up your hands by morning light,
And send your souls on high;
Raise your admiring thoughts by night
Above the starry sky.
Today, if you will hear His voice: “Do not harden your hearts,
Glorious things are spoken of you,
O city of God!
O Lord, you are so good and kind, so ready to forgive, so full of mercy for all who ask your aid.
Let those who love your salvation exclaim, “What a wonderful God he is!”
When my heart is faint and overwhelmed, lead me to the mighty, towering Rock of safety.
O lead me to the rock
That’s high above my head,
And make the covert of thy wings
My shelter and my shade.
Have ye forgot, or never knew,
That God will judge the judges too?
My God in whom are all the springs,
Of boundless love, and grace unknown,
Hide me beneath thy spreading wings,
Till the dark cloud is overblown.
Your kindness and love are as vast as the heavens. Your faithfulness is higher than the skies.
